1 one on one meeting to review current wellness status and create fitness and nutrition goals for you to head in the right direction. Together we will discuss your wellness goals and create strategies to help your total health. Perfect for someone who is very successful with self motivation and just needs a starting place.

1 Month Membership - $350

1 one on one wellness consult and weekly check in progress meetings for accountability as well as basic meal planning and help in the kitchen. Together we will define your short-term and long-term wellness goals, set achievable milestones, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed. Includes unlimited access to the coach for advice, support, or anything else that might be needed. This plan is for an individual who needs help sticking to goals and would benefit from more support.

3 Month Membership - $900
